This is one of my fav guitar. It’s made in Japan, with neck-thru construction, alder body, flamed maple top, cream bindings, ebony fretboard, etc – more specs here. I switched the pickups to Duncan Nazgul (bridge) and Sentient (neck). Best investment ever, no regrets in it!
ESP E-II M-II
Also one of my fav guitar. With the same basic specs as the Horizon-III, but this one comes with the Original Floyd Rose and a reversed headstock (more specs here). Both pickups are stock EMG-81 – tho I prefer having EMG-60 in the neck. This guitar is a bit heavy (in terms of weight) compared to the Horizon-III. It is also made in Japan and the craftsmanship is superb.
EVH 5150-III
This is the 50w version of the EVH 5150-III head amp series. Mine is made in Mexico. I paired it with a Laney IRT 2×12 cabinet. This 50 watt monster of high gain is loud enough to bring it to rehearsals or shows. I love the fact that it has MIDI-in feature so that I can hook it up with any external midi controller or multi-effects and run it thru the 4-cable method.
Boss GT-100
I use this multieffects to compliment my EVH 5150-III head amp. I love the fact that it has MIDI-out feature so that I can hook it up with the EVH head and change the channels of the amp via the GT-100’s patches. I’m running it thru the 4-cable method to assign the effects before / after the send-return loop.
